Project Proposal: Digital Licence Checking
Objectives
This project helps the traffic police officer to check the driving licence and vehicles licence like motorbike, bus, truck etc in digital way. Government can list out the problems people are facing most of time and can easily take proper steps for the all kind of licence related problems.
• Traffic Police could easily check licence & insurance validity of drivers and vehicles.
• Drivers need not to carry their licence papers always.
• Anyone can apply for driving licence through this and pay for insurance.
Description
This will be a web-based system. By this website, traffic police can check licence of drivers with NID number and vehicles just with licence number and also can check insurance deadline. Drivers or Owners of vehicles can renew insurance police through this site and also can apply for driving licence digitally. Drivers need not to carry any kind of papers. It will reduce their suffering of forgetting papers. This site will contain two interface one for user and another for administration. Administrator will control all information by adding or removing from the database. Users will notify if the expired deadline of their insurance or licence by massage. In this project we also include a special feature to update his vehicle insurance automatically by mobile banking system. This feature helps the people to update his or her vehicle insurance easily.
Proposed methodology
First of all, we will design a website using all information required and every kind of task will be done through the website. Also, their will be a android application which will connected to website and users can get into website though this application and can do their task whatever they want. We maintain the whole information with the help of database management system and and the structure will be developed by php,html,css javascript and java the highly acceptable programming language.
